He will provide investment evaluation and analysis in order to help assure the financial success of transactions fostered by Citadel. Since 1995, Mac has served as Vice President of D. J. Hammond & Associates, Inc., a real estate consulting and development firm specializing in multifamily finance and equity transactions, including conventional financing, student housing, tax credit transactions, private activity and 501(c)(3) bond transactions, FHA insured transactions, asset evaluation, and asset acquisition and disposition. Since, 1994, As Vice President of D J Hammond and Associates, Mac has closed 25 Student Housing transactions in 14 states. These transactions totaled over $25 million in real property sold, resulting in over $300 in real estate development, and over 3,500 multifamily units. Mac’s responsibilities regarding these transactions include market identification and analysis, equity placement, land location and acquisition, investment analysis, real estate and development entitlements and debt placement.
